| Community council meeting/Dickens Square Park - February 2006 | ||
|
Helen Holden reports: I went to the Borough and Bankside Community Council on 21 February and asked the following question: "Dickens Square park - At the public inquiry on the Southwark plan on 16 June 2005 one of the objectors tabled a report on Dickens Square park by the London Wildlife Trust (LWT). The inspector, Mr Richard Hollox, then asked the Southwark Council officials present to arrange for a written response to that report to be prepared by the Council. Has that response been written and, if so, could it now be made publicly available, please? It does not appear to be on the Council's website." Cllr Richard Thomas said that the Inspector's report was expected in March and he asked the Council official present to see whether the Council's response to the LWT report could be made publicly available before then (as a link in the minutes of the B&BCC meeting of 21 February). The Chair, Danny McCarthy, agreed to that. |
