Redevelopment of Swan Street/Cole Street corner

Trinity House and Capita are redeveloping the corner of Swan Street and Cole Street into a block of flats.

The project started in March 2011 with the removal of the magnificent cherry tree and in April 2011 the garages and stores on the site were demolished.

Following representations from TNRA about the insecure hoarding which was first put up, a more secure structure was erected round the site.
