Filming on the Estate

The estate, particularly Trinity Church Square, has been used as a location for film and television productions for many years. See below pictures of the first filming of 'Lillie' in 1979 and some others since. TNRA negotiates with film companies who wish to use the estate to ensure that there is no filming in unsocial hours, that residents are informed about filming and that individuals and TNRA receive appropriate compensation for inconvenience. David Broder conducts these negotiations for TNRA, liaising with Southwark Council and NB Real Estate.
