The listings which follow are by no means comprehensive but do give some idea of the possibilities for eating out within a reasonable distance of the estate. They are organised roughly into five areas and all are walkable-back-from (though some residents may think a taxi is preferable from the more distant ones!).

Prices change but, where possible, we have given the range for main courses (MC) (not including side orders) and the cost of house wines (HW) in December 2006. Many of the restaurants give sample menus on their websites.
