Southwark°s Unitary Development Plan contains the Council°s policies relating to the use and development of land and buildings in the borough. It covers a wide range of matters including housing, the environment, transport, leisure, and economic and social uses.

We felt the first draft was a bit of a muddled document and have made various comments and helpful suggestions to assist them in improving the plan and its effect on us all.
