Magnificent free exhibition of Maps of London from the first known representations of St Paul's Cathedral in 1252 and the pictorial image from the Duke of Orleans manuscript in 1485 to the first known map of 1572. Apart from all the major maps from 1572 to modern times, there are many maps and illustations of specific areas and sites ® such as the great Palace of Whitehall. A beautifully illustrated and informative book is also available (pb £14.95).
