Management of the Long Leashold Blocks is now performed by Douglas and Gordon

The estate is managed by Nelson Bakewell with staff operating from two offices. Day-to-day management is from the estate office in Trinity Street.

    Responsibilities include: all lease issues, finding new tenants, property inspections, letting garages and stores. In the office full time (5 days a week).

TNRA and Nelson Bakewell
TNRA representatives meet the Managing Agents' staff four times a year to discuss estate management matters. These meetings are reported in TNRA newsletters and news sheets.
