Yoga - Local Classes
All classes are general and suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners - young and old. Classes are mostly taught by Andrew, Ginny and Ali - the 'early summer mornings in TCS garden yoga trio' (alas, no longer under the fabulous leaves of the chestnut tree).

Monday 6.15-7.45 - taught by Andrew and/or Ali
Thursday 6.30-8.00 - taught by Sally-Anne.

Carer/general helper needed Tuesday and Friday mornings 10am-1pm for active disabled woman in her sixties near Borough station. Some personal care and domestic help - cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing.

"I am a wheelchair user who is looking for someone who is reliable, practical, adaptable, cheerful and willing to cover occasionally for other members of a team of helpers." £8/hour
